Return conditions
Regardless of the statutory right of withdrawal and the goodwill withdrawal, we offer our customers a voluntary 30-day return option for unused products. This starts from the day of receipt of the product (e.g., product code and download link).
The condition is that the product code has not been redeemed or used yet.
After review and confirmation, we will refund the purchase amount via the originally selected payment method.
This return option applies in addition to your statutory rights and does not limit them.
Consequences of withdrawal
When exercising your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments made by you, including delivery costs
(unless a more expensive shipping method was chosen), no later than 3 days after receiving your declaration of withdrawal.
The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction, without additional fees.
We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or have received proof of return shipment.
You must return the goods immediately and no later than 3 days after your declaration of withdrawal.
We will cover the return shipping costs –
any loss in value of the goods is your responsibility.
